MIRROR COLLAGE
Inspired by Rajasthani tribal women who use mirrors on their
blouses, Aabid developed the technique of mirror collage sticking
large pieces of mirrors onto canvas. The innovative technique
received critical acclaim and was used for many installations
by the painter, including for the Expo 70 in Japan. click
